What does it mean when your co-worker keeps touching your shoulder/arm?

I work with a girl and we joke most of them time so sometimes when I tease her or make a joke she like fist bumps my shoulder and sometimes she says "you're so ruuude" in a playful way when I tease her or something.

Does this mean she likes me more than. A friend or she is just being friendly.

Only way to know is ask. I know I'm pretty flirty, but I try to watch who I do it with if I know they are susceptible to wanting more, then I won't.

It could just be playful banter and she feels comfortable with you. It could be she wants more, but she would most likely be showing other signs too. It is all about reading body language. For those who can't, just ask the person.
