Why do some women go all phsyco when you don't text back within like 2 minutes?

I texted this girl hey you and she responds back 17 minutes later hey! so then i'm just chilling eating my dinner and 20 minutes later I get this random text from her asking me why I take so long to respond. Then she says leaving me hanging! I'm thinking she's just kidding, but then I realize she's mad at me for it. I just don't get it with these women... I mean they'll respond back like 6hrs later and I won't complain. who cares?

In my experience it takes about 3 dates to figure out if a person i'm dating is someone I want to keep seeing. It doesn't take long for someone to show you who they truly are. It seems people can only be on their good behavior for so long.

well i think it’s because girls are always on their phone and texting, and when girls text other girls they respond very fast, and i dont think it’s the same with guys, and the girls are expecting the guy to text back quickly like a girl
