Why she keeps talking to me?

I had crush one girl in the end we agreed that its better that we don't talk to each other and she was really clear for that but recently when we meet she starts talking to me, giving looks, playing with her hair and kind suportive.

A situation I went through with a girl who rejected me long ago was that she was acting strange with me. Sometimes, I felt like she was avoiding me. I only got closure recently and it turns out she wanted to end the "friendship."
Anyway, I have to ask you, what do you want? You said you agreed that you two "don't talk" if you really want that, then you should talk to her about it. If however you're looking for signs that she may want you back, then you probably desire that. Now I can't tell you with certainty what is going through her mind when she's doing this as I don't know her, but you really have to think about what you want.
