Boyfriend was hurt, everyone laughed and he's mad at me now?

We were playing tennis, doubles with friends when my boyfriend got hit in the balls by the ball.
I obviously felt bad for him because I know it hurts guys but couldn't control my laugh because everyone was laughing.
I kneeled next to him and asked if he was ok. I tried to resist the urge to laugh while he was looking up to me.

He had been super mad at me since then and says no girl would find it funny if it was her boyfriend. I told him it wasn't really funny but I can't help because everyone laughed. So would you have laughed too? I'm gonna show him the answers on here

He needs to learn to laugh at himself, instead of feeling humiliated, fact of the matter is that it is funny and he should have been mature enough to see that and laugh along.

It's sad that he was not able to do that because now he really is humiliating himself by lashing out at you etc and clearly demonstrating how weak and childish he is.

Screw that, that's hilarious and his inability to laugh at himself is worrisome to me. (I come from a culture that loves its self deprecating humor) also it's not like you left him there to wallow you asked him if he's okay and presumably didn't shame or abandon him to his pain.

No I would not have laughed. I never laugh if anyone gets hurt EVER. Regardless of if everyone else in the room is laughing. He has the right to be angry or upset about that because he was very badly hurt and probably also embarrassed. The one person he expected not to laugh also found it funny and that is probably hurtful for him.

I used to think it was funny but now I feel really sorry for boys if they are hit down there. I've seen my cousin getting hit by a tennis ball and he was in agony and I didn't realise that it would hurt so much for the boy. I've been in trouble for kicking a boy in school and he was crying for ages after. I hit a boy in dodgeball by accident. I aimed for his back leg but he quickly spun round and I saw the ball going straight in his nuts. It really hurt him and I was cuddling him after. Even though the ball was soft foam it was so painful that he didn't want to play anymore. Laughing at a boy who was hit there is so mean!

I definitely wasn't laughing when I was playing tennis with my cousin and she bounced the ball to me and it slipped through my fingers and knocked in my balls. Oooh! The pain was excruciating and I felt it going up my balls into my stomach! it was so embarrassing to get hit in front of a girl and I was in a lot of pain. I fell on the floor in agony and kept rolling around and she was so shocked. She said "omg I didn't know that would hurt you so much". It was only a bounce but it hurt for ages and I got a cuddle off her and she said I should not play anymore today. I think I should have worn a cup even for tennis. My sister saw it happen and kept teasing me about it and telling everyone in school.

Wanna here a story? Fantastic, NOW RUN LIKE HELL! Where the hell’s the monkey? Okay getting off topic, anyways:

Once upon a time, there’s was a girl who had a fetish for hitting guys in their private. One day, she locked her sights on a guy who was in an area where there was basically no one around except him. She decides to use an ability called Sexual Bamboozle, which some woman take advantage of as well (seducing guys with weak ass, pitiful spirits). Once they make contact, she beings to hit on him to try and make him not expect V. O. H. H (just so you don’t get the wrong idea and think I’m some troll/asshole who made this only for this exact thing/situation, let’s just say this is Infinite Respect/Kindness). But unlike pretty much every other guy she victimized, he was not amused in any way by her acts of flirtation and had a meh/whatever attitude the whole time. A few seconds later, there she went for the strike. However, this guy isn’t like all other and has the common sense to block this disgusting response. She then kind of freezes in shock because the rest were too dumb to achieve this non-skill-like skill (like a deer in the middle of a road). Then she gets Downed by a very hard punch to the face or two. The guy then leaves in disgust and confusion and acts as if this never happened. Then maybe 30-60 seconds later, she gets back up and just go on with the rest of her day reflecting on what happened. (Looks like someone didn’t understand the gravity of the situation). Some days pass, and she desires to try this once more to try and feel better about last week (like the sadistic bastard she is). But ironically, this guy also had some basic self training, and this time her nose got kind of broken. (Not to badly, just to where it doesn’t look normal). After that gets dealt with, she chooses to just stop and only do this as a Sexual Activity. The End.
