Girl and her friend stare at me prolongedly and talk to everyone else but me?

Minding my own business I caught these two girls staring at me across the room in class and one of them reacted like omg he's looking, something like that they were staring long more than 5 seconds at least. The same girl had also seen me in a random class and said hi to me I don't know if this means she may have a small crush she talks to everyone else but never talks to me, I want to talk to her and get her number but im unsure if what she was doing is what I think it is like if these were signs she wants me to talk to her
Did she tell her friend she has something for me being why her friend was staring too?

Really well one of them already has a boyfriend but she's cool but this other girl though I think was doin something with having her friend stare at me too so she can get my attention for the other girl is really what I think and these girls sit away from my direction normally but that day they moved where they could have me see them staring
