I've been ignoring a guy that I like, what should I do now to let him know that I'm still interested?

I've been ignoring a guy that I like by not replying to his text. I didn't reply to his text because of my insecurities and my busy life. This guy and his dad came over in my place to meet me a day after I ignored his text. Our last text was him asking me a question which he already have the answer for, so I decided not to reply to that.

What should I do now to let him know that I am still interested? He probably got the wrong signal that I'm not interested because I was ignoring him, but it's not true. I ignore him cause I was insecure and shy. What should I do now to get his attention back? What should I text him now?

Well you're right in that he will just assume you're not interested. So you have to "confess" and tell him directly that you're interested, and then explain why you ignored him. And he may no longer be interested, in which case you might have to live with that, but if there is a chance, you have to be direct and tell him that you're still interested. No hinting or being subtle, directly say it.

Keep ignoring him. If you are this much a pain in the ass and like to play mind games at this early stage in the relationship, you are going to be even worse when you and him become official. Let the poor guy go, so he doesn't have to deal with the mental bs and silly games.

Answer the question, let him know why you ignored him, tell him you’re interested, and you’d like to continue talking.
I think honesty is important and he’s appreciate it if you let him know you’re still interested and want to continue talking
