Girls, what's something besides money that a physically unattractive guy could have that could instantly raise his value to you?

Someone at work brought this up; a female teacher here before classes began today.
Take a short, overweight, ugly guy.

What's something, if anything, that would instantly boost his attractiveness, sex appeal, or desirability to you, besides just being rich or wealthy?

I believe nothing besides money, can make women like an unattractive looking guy, while she thought otherwise. This trait has to be attractive to where YOU, would be attracted enough to date/sleep with him, not some hypothetical "what if" woman that doesn't exist. If you don't think any trait exists or it's possible for that to happen, then say that, too.

I'd look at it like this... a man's wealth for women (out of their early 20s) is similar to how a man thinks of a woman having a fit body. Yeah, in some cases that wealth was handed to him by his parents. But in many other cases it is evidence of his character. Being broke is like being that 450 pound girl with short purple hair who is upset that dudes don't think she's sexy.

I don't even think it's about the exact number for most women. It's really about his attitude and is he a go-getter? Or a sit on the couch and watch Netflix for 40 hours/week type. Women get drunk on success too. Ask any dude who owns a business how hot his woman gets when she hears about him closing a deal. It doesn't even matter what the amount of money involved is.

Be over 6' tall, be wealthy, dress well, have confidence, have a good personality, be driven and have goals.  Basically exactly the same as any other guy needs to be.

I wouldn’t find him attractive because he had money, that doesn’t attract me at all. The one thing that would make me like him more would be his personality (like, if he has good values and would be a nice, loving partner) but ultimately I do need to be at least a little bit attracted to someone to be in a relationship with them.

A personality and interests very similar to mine.

I did not find my boyfriend attractive at all when I met him. But then I got to know him.

His personality made everything about him beautiful in my eyes.

common interests, ow we can joke around openly with each other, things we could do together and i dont need anyones money i work. the guy i like now is considered below average by other i dont care, i like how we interact how he talks to me the way i feel around him

Making me laugh and making me feel special. Money is nice and all, but I have money. I don't particularly need someone to dote on me with expensive gifts and dates. But making me laugh constantly, keeping the smile on my face, that's worth a lot more. Then making me feel special by paying attention to little things about me, small gifts and gestures here and there that have thought behind them is priceless.
