Why did this girl unfollow and remove me as a follower on Instagram?

This girl works at the same place as me. Although, we have never properly communicated there in all my 9 months employed at the company. I once randomally decided to follow her on IG and then a couple of months later she unfollowed me and removed me as her follower. I was slightly confused about that as I have never done or said anything wrong to her and I don’t post that much on Instagram. One day I posted a story of me some friends at a bar and that for some reason caused her to do what she did.

Well, you aren’t her friend, just someone from work. You took it upon yourself to follow her, not the other way around and it wasn’t communicated. Given the circumstances she may find it odd that you are actively observing her page yet continue to have little to no conversations, interactions, etc in person. I would find it odd as well, and there is nothing personal behind it. Maybe you should make some initiative to build an actual relationship, then if you follow her in the future it would be less weird.

she liked you, u did nothing for more than 9 months, u didn't notice her having a crush on u, then u post about ur amazing life out with ur friends. it could have been her in their place. so unfollow, that's the step girls take in order to protect their feelings and not getting hurt more. Next time , u better lift a fckin finger and talk with her, IF u like her too if u don't, don t even bother to add females on ur social media. men like attention and the idea to have many possibilities but they barely do anything , that s how missed opportunities happen. if u wouldn't have been curious and maybe a bit hurt too, u wouldn't have left this question here. So next time, do sth. girls do have time to wait until u guys figure it out all

Things are nit awkward u are taking her removing u as a personal insult when u have no idea why she did she simply may have removed u because she saw it remembered u was on there and thought why not like u are friends like that and removed u
