Why are female nurses harder on female students?

Hello there, I thought it would be a good idea to ask a bunch of strangers why female nurse students get a far harsher treatment during internships than males.

I never get into any arguments with actual professionnals, yet I see female students get into them aaaaall the time.

Be it because they dared say that "this isn't how you do it" (okay, if you think you can do better than a person that has far FAAAR more experience than you do, you kinda deserve getting stung for daring - respect is a thing) or simply weren't fast enough at a given task.

Yet every small blunder that I make seem to slide right off (I'm always respectful to the patient and would rather laugh at the stupidity of the situation WITH the patient than cry about it - AKA "ahem... M'aam? You know what I said about applying such and such to the wound? Kinda hard when you're too dumb to bring the proper antibiotic medication to the patient's room... :D... Be right back! *rushes*"). It always ends up being something funny that the staff brings up to taunt you in a friendly playful way, never ever in a mean way.

Not so much for females sadly, the same blunders end up becoming "can you imagine if she had injected X instead of Y?" forgetting that we at the very least triple check everything meaning it could not happen.

I also always seem to get better grades from the team (usually the maximum) than female students that I know for a fact are better than me at pretty much everything aside from the most complex acts (since this is where I put most of my free time).

To be clear I'm not here to check my privileges, I live in Europe not the USA, equality is a given, and should you feel oppressed without any oppression I'm sure there is a metric f-ton of psychologists looking for patients. So no comments seen through this prism pretty please with a syringe on top.

Many thanks in advance ^^.
