What is the issue here?

A girl at work liked me when I first showed up, she would give me glances and eye contact when we cross paths. Soon when all my coworkers were talking she would stare at me so I assumed she really liked me but after that I tried to talk to her and I thought it went well but after a while it seems like she’s distant towards me and now it’s obvious she finds me repulsive. She seemingly avoids me and makes it obvious like I don’t exist. What happened? Is it because I’m ugly? Why did she show interest then dip? I hate going to work now cause I feel like a burden but don’t know what to do. She seemingly hates me. But sometimes I can catch her glancing at me but never making direct confrontation with me. I’m super confused. I am having doubts about my looks. I had success in high school with pretty women giving me attention but now I’ve experienced stuff like this. Where a girl shows interest but seemingly hates me as well.

You assumed buddy but you never asked her so that was ur assumptions that she liked you but maybe she at earlier found you as her crush now as time passed her feelings faded.
