Why do girls hold men to a higher standard and fight for equality at the same time?

I'll give you an example. I'm a dude that's 5'11 a girl that's 5'11 would be considered pretty tall but girls look at me and think I'm average height, or how about when a girl punches a dude she'll say something like Oh you're a guy so you should be able to take a punch from a girl

Men and women will never be equal. I don't think we're fighting only for equality, but mainly equity.

Gender equality, equality between men and women…does not mean that women and men have to become the same, but that their rights, responsibilities and opportunities will not depend on whether they were born male or female. Gender equity means fairness of treatment for men and women according to their respective needs. This may include equal treatment or treatment that is different but which is considered equivalent in terms of rights, benefits, obligations, and opportunities.” When you understand this, it makes sense why we hold men to higher standards. But this goes without mentioning all the high standards that exist for women that are not even discussed or questioned, ever. Even now, you probably don't even think about what women need to go through just for being women.

Equality and and equity sound like the same thing to me, how can a girl end up with the same opportunity as a guy of she doesn't possess the same skills? I'll give you good example of this, I work at Walmart once and I got promoted faster than any girl that was there simply because I was stronger and able to do the work faster than most women they hired. Now equity would mean they should get promoted too but that would be unfair to me because I'm doing more work. But they where better than me at other things like customer service so they could have got promoted by showing the customers kindness and of they did I can't complain because I don't have that skill.

Also I really don't know what you mean by women having a high standard to live up too.
