So gym crush is a trend that girls are doing on tiktok where they secretly record themselves trying to get the attention of a male who they want to ask out. Usually the girl will position herself close to the male so he can look at her, pretend she needs assistance in an attempt to get the male to touch her. However, the one thing these girls never do is actually go up to the guy they like and ask them out.

How would you as a guy feel if a girl secretly record you in one of these tiktok videos? Would you feel violated that you were recorded against your will?

I don’t think that is legal. Only in a general public space, and only where that is legal. A gym is more a paid membership. Not open to the general public. So she could probably sue the person.
