Why does she always do this?

There’s a girl at my work place and she always initiates conversation with me. I always walk past her whilst talking to her. When the conversation ends she always turns around says something and starts another conversation with me.

I’ve also noticed she gets jealous when I liaise with other female colleagues. I got asked for help and before I could say yes she sprint to resolve the problem even though it wasn’t her department.

This has happened a few times. I don’t know what’s she’s up too. Why does she do this?

She’s interested in you - If a girl likes you, she will try to lure you to places for dates, if she is just talking to you and not trying to privatize or monopolize you, than, it’s interest / respect / lightweight admiration.
