Why do girls look to the left or right really quick when im walking by, like they turn their head to look at me really quick. Does it mean they found me attractive? This is the same girl I met new at work and she asked me a lot of questions and I could tell she looks at me. Like asked when my next shift for work was when she was about to leave.

I mean in some context, she could just be curious about you (like if she's new or your new) but if she asked when your next shift for work is, my guess would be that she likes you!

I don't think that turning her head to look at you is a big giveaway, but her asking you if your going to prom makes me think that she likes you. Either that or she just finds you attractive.
