This girl is touchy with me also in public and infront of her other guy friends (she is only touchy with me). She flirts with me. And I catch her staring at me regularly.

However she constantly tells me she finds it annoying that her guy friends fall in love with her all the time. And she is also good friends with her ex (I sometimes doubt she is over him eventhough she says they are just friends)

Do you guys think I’m just a good friend?

I think she’s playing a bit with you. Maybe if you’re not reacting so much at her being touchy, she tries teasing you to stimulate a reaction if she’s playful.

I don’t know if you’re only a friend but she has a playful attitude towards you so you’re not completely indifferent to her.

Just my honest opinion, if she is still friends with her ex (unless he's her baby daddy), there is probably still lingering feelings. I kept my ex around and we dated again, just to break up. That was when I realize you can't be friends with an ex.

She is sending mix signals though. If her guy friends fall in love with her all the time, she probably sent mixed signals to them too.
