Why do so many men (particularly among the MGTOW crowd) believe that women don't like to take responsibility for their own actions?

When has this claim  ever  been true? It's nonsense. The inability or unwillingness to recognise the fact that actions have consequences isn't something that can be exclusively attributed to just women; men can be just as reckless, and when they  are  reckless they tend to take it to an extreme (ex. the disproportionate number of men who are incarcerated compared to women).

Cause a lot don't, I'm not dating all, and like you said, I realize some men do too.

Women seem to be more prone to just abandoning a friendship when you tell them a hard truth that don't want to hear.

I don't know, trying to ignore all the biased social media I've seen and just judge based on close friends I geuss it's a tie. I know a guy who was super proud of how many half drunk bar chicks he could bang but then was shocked and buttheart later when he couldn't find a real relationship, so he did that to himself and is now sad and won't admit hookups don't equal anything real longterm, he's just " over women for now"

And I know a girl who broke down crying as we drove her home asking " why aren't I good enough?" Cause the guy she brought last week did "I used you, brought you to that party to make another girl jealous", then ignored her texts, theeeen told her she's just a one stand to him to hurt her feelings cause he didn't get what he wanted in time... then yesterday she brought him back there and she seems so happy, even tho he had her a crying mess.
She also won't stop talking about a random ex. So I already know when this blows up again she's gonna play the victim instead of realizing she never should have given him a second, third, and forth chance.

My girlfriends older friend also pushes men away and just blames men in general.

Why when women have so many options do they always go for men that are obviously trash? Well it's obvious they're trash to us other guys at least.

MGTOW is still a thing? My general take on them is that its men who are unable to understand that they are most likely the cause of whatever it is that has brought them into this situation, its like when people split up they will always blame the other person rather than accept it might have been their fault too.

About 20 years ago i was in a mindstate similar to "MGTOW" as its known today and thats where my understanding comes from, i broke free when i realised it was me who was at fault

@Exterminatore isn't that more of a government issue then a woman trying to intentionally not be responsible? Also I was going to enlist but my brother told me no that my husband needed me and if we had kids they would need me. He instead took the draft. They were enforcing this on women too. I was planning to anyway but my brother was right and would feel horrible knowing I left my husband distraught with children unnecessarily. He did not want me to either.

Sadly this applies to men and women not just women. Thier is mature and immature people in this world that equally do not understand responsibility and it's importance. I feel horrible for the mature people who fall for these types but I know they will pull through.

In a nutshell, misogynist/MGTOW refuse to mature and learn to understand the people around them (men and women), but instead make their wellbeing the responsibility of others, thus making it a woman's job to not only pick the right guy, but pick HIM as the right guy. It's a contradicting situation because the right guy does not generalize women, but instead make the individual responsible for their bad actions and do better to pick out the right partner for next time. I think there's a general feeling among most men that women don't and that society as a whole does not hold women accountable for the wrong that they do in comparison to men. In my opinion this is generally true and honestly there has been instances in the past where I myself did not take responsibility for my actions because I didn't have to.

I don't know if you know about hegelian dialectics or not but if you don't then I suggest you read about it.

In general I think hegelian dialectics has the right idea as to how politics works however I'd argue that in the modern day there's like this new crazier more unstable version of hegelian dialectics at play which I shall call the modern cycle of politics or MCP.

I’m a lifelong non-drinker and lived in a zoo fraternity house for four years. The day after a party, I would hear men saying “I got drunk” and women saying “You (or they) got me drunk!”

I once asked a female friend to clarify how I was responsible for her behavior. She angrily said “You never stopped me!”

I once sat her down and had the most uncomfortable conversation of my life about her drinking problem, and the promiscuity problem that went hand-in-hand with her drinking. I never hog tied her to stop her from drinking, though.

I don’t particularly identify with mgtow, but I’m sympathetic as I’ve watched friends and family go through the court system. Notably, my sisters ex through their divorce. While I supported my sister through the divorce to the point of losing my friendship with her ex, it became clear in the years since that she lied to the court and was equally if not more responsible as her ex-husband for the failed marriage, but played the victim and took absolutely no responsibility. And still to this day does not. She takes advantage of our parents and projects all of her failures on everyone else while she rakes in child support, drinks a bottle of wine every night, orders everything she wants on Amazon but can't afford to pay rent.
This is a consistent theme in our society. Men are often the same but there is zero sympathy and are just discarded onto the streets as homeless or in prison.
