I realize to most of girl i speak to they dont make much eye contact while i always make strong eye contact

Ask her. There could be many reasons. She might have autism or something. She might like you and is nervous. She might not like you in any way but is trying to be nice. She might just not know she is doing it.

Strong is too strong if they aren’t looking back. Maybe? Give them gentle eye contact so it shows you’re listening to them and aren’t too serious looking.
