It's very simple.. Don't advise unless they ask you first, don't judge them, also let them be who they want to be even if you don't agree with it. and above all? Make them feel safe that you can protect them from anything but ONLY if or when they need you to.
Make her feel heard, understood, appreciated, and most importantly; like you and her help each other grow together.
When a girl comes to you to vent about her issues don’t automatically try to give her solutions, ask her if she just needs a listening ear or if she needs help solving it. This will win you so many brownie points.
Don’t even try, women we are unstable beings and we don’t know exactly what we want. During a fight, don’t ask her what she thinks, ask her how she feels…you will see different responses.
