Why when I asked my girl had she had sex with anyone else she got mad and cut me off/blocked me on social media?

Have this girl I’ve been dealing with for awhile (2yrs+ on & off). Earlier this year we had a situation days before she went out of town for her birthday and she left me on read for a couple of those days. Until she finally called somewhat drunk and wanted to talk. To make a long story short the actual night of her birthday I called her on FaceTime and she was in the club, her and her friends went to the bathroom and she told someone they were coming back. She then proceeded to tell me she’ll call back later, I said okay but she didn’t. I eventually found out she had sex with a guy while there after looking through her phone, before doing that I asked her cause I had a gut feeling. There was a video clip she sent to a friend and deleted thread that was deleted from the guy she linked with. When I asked her she told me no, she confirmed what happened by not looking me in my face when telling me, so I asked her again and she said no so I replied okay. Fast forward to 3 months later (now) I asked her had she had sex with anyone other than her birthday. She said “Wtf (my name), Yeah your cut.” So I’m lost at how your mad at me for asking. What did I do wrong?

She got mad at u and blocked cus you kept bugging her for history stuff she was not interested in discussing (her point of view).

And to add before her birthday cause of I didn’t agree to get her hair done, she “broke up” with me cause I told her what she said to me two days prior rubbed me the wrong way and feels like I was being petty I was still going to get her hair done just wanted to be heard. I feel like she was wrong for what she did cause we were still communicating prior to her having a one night stand.
