Sometimes guys give up on a girl because they think that they are not deserving of such an amazing girl. Have you, girls, ever done that?

The girl I liked was really amazing. Smart in studies and all. I was also smart in studies. But somehow I just felt that she was deserving someone much better than myself. At least as a boyfriend.

I wonder if such thing has happened with girls. Have they given up on a guy like this or anything else?

But even after all of that, I was on look out for her safety every time we met. I believe it is just me to feel protective about someone even after I have completely lost hope of being with them.

So what if a girl is smarter than you? How does “intelligence” define her as a person with a good character? Anyone can be amazing. Would you tell someone that you do not want to be their friend anymore BECAUSE they’re amazing? You shouldn’t. Next time you find someone intriguing or wonderful and start developing romantic feelings for them, make the first move. Make your intentions known loud and clear.


If they express that they do not view you as a potential romantic partner, leave them be but you should never give up an opportunity ever. An opportunity to get to know someone or to go on a date with them.


If I like someone, I’ll always try to get their attention. If they do not like me back, I won’t force anything upon them.

I think this girl deserved to have you as her boyfriend. It seems to me that you don't believe in yourself.
