I slowed my vehicle down and opened my window to talk to her. Called her beautiful and she said thank you and seemed appreciative. When I asked her out for coffee she told me her age (16 years old) .. I’m 25. She no way looked that young but after hearing her talk it did start to give me young vibes.

I feel like a creep and there were people around too since it was daylight and I didn’t hide it as I didn’t initially think i was doing anything wrong

I would have to have seen the situation. I typically don’t roll my window down to talk to anyone. So that whole thing is kinda weird to me. If you told her to have a nice day or otherwise ended the conversation once you found out she was 16 then your fine. Sometimes it’s an innocent mistake.

Police show up Some people explain what happened and the cops will say well he’s not here I mean we will drive around and see if we can find him but there’s not much we can do since he already left if He comes back and does it again call us and we Will create a documented sheet on all the times he has done this and build up a case

But if the cop on the line says To the person calling you’ll have to come down to the station to file a police report what will happen is more than likely the person won’t wanna do that and even if they did Detectives never answer the damn phone and they never call back anyways and the police will prolong and wait it out and make excuses as to why they are unable to Get a hold of the detective in charge of the case and it’s just not something people want to pursue
And no judge is going worry about something like that and you’d be able to explain What you thought 💭 and judges Are still human and Have emotions and Feelings and will consider what you thought as true
That’s why playing Victim in court works so well because the Judges Get emotional and side with the person that plays Victim or saying I didn’t know best of luck to you my friend

Police stations are Taught to Ignore and not do the cases that are meaningless
That’s why small crimes Go Unpunished That’s why you’ve got kids that try to steal a Sandwich or a cookie 🍪 and the cop pays for it because cops don’t give a shit about small crimes the big crimes is what bothers cops big crimes is what pisses cops off enough for them to go full on Asshole on a Person

That’s just from my own personal experiences whether or not police station are actually taught that I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ just what I believe because that’s what I’ve witnessed and heard cops have explained to me what they can do and can’t do in certain situations and I’ve had a lot of Run in with cops and know how they conduct some of there investigations I don’t know how they conduct all of there investigations I just know how they conduct some

Just go about your day your weeks and if anything bad happens you’ll be contacted by police and you can explain to them what had happened and Hopefully you can Get them to realize pursuing the case would be Pointless because of explaining the situation not because you straight up told them it would be a waste of time they may see that as a manipulation and all you’d be doing is explaining what had happened and that You didn’t know and hopefully everything goes in your Favor
