There is this women I work with we used to get a long really well but we have had serious unresolved issues for months. Every time I walk past her office she sighs or anytime she walks past my office she sighs. Also, she puts me in the silent treatment and I stopped trying to fix things. So we haven’t had a meaningful conversation in months. I feel like she’s constantly fighting me in her own way and won’t give up and just talk. Should I start talking to her again? She is my boss.

Well for context I pulled away from her because I thought we were having an emotional affair and that’s when she started acting funny. I found she told me stuff about her kids her husband didn’t know. The trouble is I really do like her but when we do talk there’s to many butterflies and I’m struggling to find a good balance. She’s obviously miserable we’re not talking but I’m afraid it’s going to go to far but she’s so hurt it’s hard for her to even communicate she looses her voice and get nerv
