She out of nowhere says there's someone else?

I don't know what to do.. we started talking months back over dm.. we talked more and more. Then we talked in real life cause we saw each other but never talked. Talked more and more. Started to have more personal conversations.. She then gave her number.. something she barely does. She even gave her snapchat and she normally doesn't give it away only to close people cause she gets a lot of messages from guys with gross stuff.. she was glad she got to know me etc etc. Then we started flirting over text.. and started to tell each other stuff about our lifes and all. Very personal and she fully trusts me. We text everyday. We even have a streak on snapchat something she actually hated but now we have a streak for 2 weeks or so. We also hung out a few times now. While there was a friend of her there, she was busy with me the whole time and kept making eye contact and smiling and I just felt it, can't describe it the whole time we were looking at each other. Another time, she saw my car late at night texted me and waited for me. She said she had to go in 10 minutes.. we talked for longer than a hour. She kept making eye contact with me. Someone I know walked by and said something about dating and she looked at me and smiled.. she was adjusting her clothes and hair the whole time etc. Then another time just the 2 of us, we drove together in her car. She was telling me a lot of things.. About other guys that were annoying her over dm and all. We went into a store and there were guys looking at her but she walked super close to me so then they looked at me and quickly looked away. In the car we were talking the whole time while being parked. We had a few moments were we came close to each other. And we even wanted to hug each other. She also is worried about me and cares a lot about and doesn't want to lose me.. one time I felt so bad, she even cried and drove all the way to look for me when she thought I was gonna hurt myself.

She then texted me that she was glad I was still there and can't imagine losing me. She also defends me a lot. And that there aren't many guys like me, she was glad that I came into her life. She sends a lot of blushing and angle emojis. Last few days she's real busy and she told me that.. we both have the same problems so we relate in that but also share the same interests etc.. She made time to see me. Few days later again, she was with her best friend. She asked me to come.

She even said "I really want to have you but my head is full atm". She also tells me to drive safe cause she doesn't want to lose me. She also really wants to see me again but first has to fix a few things.
