Why would a woman ask if I see more than one woman at a time?

So there is a girl who has shown signs of interest in me, such as telling her friends about me, complimenting me, and holding eye contact and then looking down at my crotch before eye contact again.

Anyway, I was having lunch when a friend of the girl who has shown interest came in and sat with me at the table. She was telling a news story about men cheating with other women. She then said to me that Jamaican men have more than one woman at a time.

She then looked at me like a deliberate targeting of me, and asked whether I see more than one woman at a time, and whether I see other women if I am in a relationship and have flings. (basically seeing if I am a player)

I am interested to know if she is vetting me for her friend?

Or why else would she ask that strange "random" question. Normally girls only ask that question if they are interested or someone they know is interested.

Yes, you are being vetted and Parameters/Expectations of Relationship are being established. I hope yo have Witness too. One that can testify on your behalf too. Especially, if you F-up and they spread it "far and wide" amongst all the girls etc...

I don't know about her friend but I belive that she is interested. There is only one way to find it out... Ask her out

I completely disagree. She is not interested. She has never shown any interest in me or shown any signs of interest. Usually she says hello but sits with other people.
