Girls, I've connected really well with a woman and she's given me a good consistent way of contacting her, but how do I ask for her real number?

So, this is kind of an interesting situation. I met a really fantastic girl online. We spoke for a few months, the vibe was good, so I asked her if she wanted to stay in touch. She gave me (what I assume was) a spoofed phone number and we begun talking that way. After a while longer, she asked if I have an iPhone and if she could add me on iMessage and the conversations still continue to this day. We're talking about meeting up; it's a lot of fun and things are going well. I have an iPhone, so if the number she gave me was associated with an iPhone, I would have sent blue texts instead of green. It's possible that she has a Mac computer and an Android phone, but that strikes me as rather odd. Most people with Mac computers also own iPhones.

I would like to ask her for her real phone number, but I don't want to presume (I guess?) that she was ever being dishonest/deceptive in the first place. Any ideas on how to broach this subject?

Do you know? As I've thought things over, I don't think it does matter. The more I've chewed the problem over, I can't imagine that bringing this issue up at any point would be beneficial.
