Why is she so talkative with other men but cold towards me?

Right now, a girl in my workplace was showing signs of interest in me. We'd have small talk and she'd ask whether I lived near by but she'd seem so distant sometimes (Hot and Cold). I was coming out into the corridor once and attempting to talk to her but she'd just be talking to the other guys there. They'd act so friendly around each other and she'd laugh but when I tried to talk to her she seemed cold and distant and acted like I wasn't there at all. What's going on? I catch her starring at me a lot in the office and then looking away.

You could possibly make her nervous which is good, that means she likes you. She probably finds it easier to laugh with others but not you because of that

That may be true. I always see her talk casually with other men they laugh and giggle but sometimes she seems intimidated by me somehow?

I could when we're around other people but when it's one-on-one it's like she gets so nervous and even sometimes tries to avoid me. She also gets a bit red in the face. It feels like her blowing me off more than anything to be honest.

Oh yeah no! Don't take it that way. I tell you because the same thing happens to me. I get red and do try to avoid the person I like but would love if they would approach me somehow. If one on one isn't working maybe try giving her you phone number with a note or something
