What does it mean when your friend talk about you very much to her friends and family?

Several times one of the girl friend (with space between girl and friend) of my best friend (female) says that they talk about me I didn't care about that but when her aunt told me that she only talk about you to her cousin and they have nothing to do exept talking about does she like me? or love me AS FRIEND very muchor she just has nothing to talk about
