You women want to be treated equally in the work force, equal pay, everyday life and in the world. Maybe the guy is sick or something. At least call and show that you care if you haven't heard from him in awhile. It would be no wonder that a guy would move on.
Not necessary. I never initiate even when I like someone really bad. It's rare to see me ever initiating a conversation. I like to be pursued, not to pursue.
If she never does it, then yes that means she is not interested. But some girls like to try and play it cool, one of the ways they do that is by not reaching out all the time.

how fast are her responses, immediate, about 1-2 minutes, more than 2 minutes?
it varies, sometimes conversations are smooth and responses are quick, other times it takes 2 maybe more than 2 minutes
and our convos last long (although towards the end it gets slow)
idk if I'm like that toward a guy its usually because
i like talking to him but I'm not interested in pursuing anything with him...
and if that is his interest then some times
i feel like I don't want to be mean
but I want him to get the point which is why I don't initiate anything
if I'm interested I'm on top of everything he sends me unless I'm busy but I would tell him I'm busy at x and x time so I might be slow to respond or can't talk then
in that case I should probably just give up :/

Guys typically don’t women well when women initiate plus society expects guys to do the pursuing. So girls often don’t initiate. But if initiate and she responds in a positive way then she is interested.
Have you asked her out on an actual date, you know, the kind where you plan the activity and then ask her if she would like to go?
If she would be interested in you, you would notice. They don't need to text you, there's also body language and direct action tactics.

Usually if a guy likes you he'll look forward to talking to you. He may try not to initiate conversation too much to ensure he's not bothering you.

I don't know what it means, but if I don't like the cut of a girl's jib, I forget about her, no matter what she may have secretly "meant" by it.
Most girls are terrified of pestering a boy too much! And some are shy and would prefer you to make the first move :) as the saying goes I wait for you to text me to show me that you miss me!
