Why do some men fear of rejection so strongly that they don't even try to get the girl? Shouldn't testosterone be stronger than fear?

During the years, I noticed some guys like me, but they just text, never initiating anything closer..
They won't put an effort to even try to do something, despite that I am open to see what they want..
So, I give up on them, and after some time, they show up again with half-ass communication, stalking on social media.. I always thought how a typical man would always try something, not hesitating so much. I am always surprised when someone does that. Totally opposite from male instinct.

A lot of guys (unfortunately I am among this number) are getting rejected, but they simply never get any kind of explanation for what they could do to improve their chances with women in the future. I know that I want to solve whatever my issue is ASAP. So these guys become hesitant to make any kind of move, simply to avoid offending women until they can identify the problem.

This month alone, I have gotten blocked twice without any explanation (one of the women who blocked me is someone I've been friends with for about a year), and had a 3rd woman remove me from her followers list (even though her profile is on public?) twice after I messaged her. I've concluded that I must be doing SOMETHING wrong, but I have no clue what. My only guess is that I'm texting them too much? But you can't ask women about these things; you'll never get any kind of clear answer.

Most men today are just afraid to make a move at all, and I don't get it either. It's never been a problem for me. I see so many questions from guys on here about girls they've been obsessing about for weeks, months, years even, and they do everything but actually ask the girl out. They piss about so much and wonder why they get nowhere with any of them. Grown men here remind me of 13 year old me.

Gonna make a bold statement here: Abuse. In one way or another a guy would have to have been fucked with in order to not become the typical man. Growing up getting all the right treatment in all the stages of development produces a pretty awesome dude. If you throw a wrench into that, you get some kind of fucked up behavior. It's a real shame.

I don't know about testosterone but as you may know rejection has the chance to lower your self worth, self esteem, and confidence. Some guys aren't willing to risk it due to the negative effects it can bring, in other words they might find the cons bigger than the pros so they say "fuck it, it's not worth it".

because rejection hurts, i know its not as much of a problem for women but it is for men. women have support when they get rejected guys are just told to get over it. plus these days guys are worried about being called creepy or stalker or something like that which makes it even worse

A lot of men today are scared of rejection cause they ain't got no confidence in themselves or what they can accomplish. The need to have a strong will to push forward no matter of rejection is number 1 to success in the many aspects in our daily lives. If you ask 10 or 100 women to go out with you on a date one of them is likely to say yes. Question answered..💯

Well testsoterone can help overcome fear, but its not always like that lol.
Even most men with very high testosterone wouldn't try to fight a bear or a lion.
The reason those guys dont want to approach you may not be clear but think about it.
