I'm not black but my observations of black men who ask these types of questions, focused on race, are that they need the validation of white women to feel better about themselves. If these women are in fact looking at you then they might be attracted to you, no white man will make them feel like as much of a prize than a black man. If you need to drag down women from your own race to uplift them, they will like you even more - it will make them feel even more special. I would pursue these women, spare the rest of womenkind - I'm sure they can take a hit for the team.
