Why don't some girls ever express jealousy openly and honestly?

My girlfriend told me she would let me go out with other girls and even encouraged me to go out with a girl that wanted to meet me although I refused it. She also let me go out with one of my ex girlfriends who wanted to catch up with me. I asked her opinion on this and I told her I would not do that if she minded it. She also told me it was normal if I found someone attractive and even made jokes about my colleagues fancying me. She even encouraged me to make friends with a girl I barely knew who unpredictably called me at midnight to go out with her (I rejected her invitation). However, when I told her I didn't like her going out with her former classmate whom she had a thing for (he had a thing for her too) and with whom she was texting during the relationship, she blamed me for going out with my ex. Also, when I told her my female colleague asked me about her and our relationship, she assumed that she wanted to know whether I was available or not.
