Is she playing games?

Anonymous

So there's this girl I met at work who's a manager in training and she seems quite shy.

I made her aware of my interest through her friends just so she didn't become uncomfortable and at the worl Christmas party I flirted with her a bit. She told me "I don't do things with colleagues" but nonetheless when the night was done asked one of my friends for my snapchat.

She began texting me and initially she had a "I don't do things with work colleagues" attitude, but I knew she liked me and it was only a front and after a few days she became very flirty and admitted to wanting to hang out with me and see if we can vibe well but our hours haven't matched up yet.

One thing I've noticed is that she doesn't seem to want to come across too easy so plays games, which I don't usually mind, especially considering lots of women at work consider me a player due to how many of them like me, even though I don't think I've ever given them any hint of interest, so it's their own fault.

Anyway, our job is just hospitality so we'll be leaving soon like everyone else, however we work in different departments, meaning that we rarely if ever see eachother in person so our only form of contact is texting.

It looks to me like she intentionally waits to reply and the reason I feel its intentional is because its always either exactly 15 minutes and if its any longer, its always 57-62 minutes. The thing is, when I'm free to text someone, I intend on having a convo, but her delaying replies to seem busy or uninterested is causing me to not bother anymore. Is there a way I can get her to stop doing this crap? Because she seems like a nice girl and I'd like to get to know her, but I'm also not going to take part in silly games like this
