So, you are not very choosy about a girlfriend. You will take whomever is willing to be yours. That is not really how dating works because most likely, this kind of relationship will never work.
You should have a minimum of preferences how you would like this girlfriend to be. What if she is thin as a bone but you prefer girls to be on the heavier side or if she is 5'8'' and you would prefer them to be around 5'3'''? Those are all factors that may impact your decision. Don't just take anyone that is smiling at you.
Body language is usually telling a lot about the interest of a person and whether this person makes eye contact when talking. If she places herself face to face with you while she talks to you would be indicative that she is interested but if her body is slightly turned away from yours, then you may suppose that she is not really into you.
So is there a certain girl that you also like or you think that likes you? If so it depends on if she looks to talk to you. Can also be looking at you and smiling.
