Good employees these days are hard to find.
All you have to do is show up every day and do the bare minimum to keep your job and you're irreplaceable compared to everyone else.
If you're nice to people, you mind your business, do your job without complaining and actually listen to your superiors, you're an impeccable employee in your bosses eyes and she will favor you -
