Most American men between 20s to later 30s nowadays are prone to being disrespectful, prone to treating others poorly, etc. Are prone to blaming women for their issues, etc. Can't differentiate tramps from decent respectful women & often treat women disrespectfully.
Most European men between 20s to later 30s nowadays are less prone to being disrespectful or treating others poorly. Have been raised where women are indeed equal. Even in countries like Bulgeria or Russia women - unless tramps - are treated respectfully.
Most Christians of other ethnic groups - such as Christian Egyptians - are quite respectful, quite mannerly, treat others well, and yes because they are raised Christian do treat women - again as long as the woman isn't some tramp - with respect.
And for the record - as I removed some racist's comment about inferior countries - the educational standards of many countries - including even India for foreign speciality jobs (doctor, etc.) immigrants to North America - is generally higher than that of America. The average American who can afford it is graduating at 30 with one Bachelors & in other countries having 2 Bachelors or a Bachelors & a Masters by 30 is the norm.
