Looking and justifying being a pervert are different things.
Men do not have to be blind but it does not justify following, taking pictures, stalking, cat calling, staring for more than 10 seconds (3 seconds is normal, 10-15 is fucking creepy), or saying "she's asking for men to behave poorly around her" simply because she is wearing something that is attractive.
Like of course I know and like I dont mind if a man takes a short look or so but it like changes if someone is staring or so

What do you want them to wear? Is it their job not to turn you on? Also yes some do it for attention and you are responsible not walk around with a boner.
