Why do I feel uncomfortable at work?

why do I feel uncomfortable at work? I keep not want to be next to the girls cause I feel strange. I think I look at them to much. I just do not want bug them.

also all the guy at work want chat about getting lucky in the brake room.

My boss want me to stay over and chat with the one girl the most good looking one. It would just been me and her left at work and there was little work to be down cause it the end of the week so we could just sat in the brake room.

But I feel so uncomfortable and I clock out early. just like the rest of them just leave her there alone.

I not sure if this was the right thing to do? anyway also work is boring and there nothing to do. Also it to easy. people say I should stay there and retire but I do not see why?

I totally understand your frustration and boredom. It sounds like you must work in some kind of retail setting, especially with "My boss want me to stay over and chat with the one girl the most good looking one." That's the kind of stuff managers in cheeseball retail jobs will do with their associates, I had that experience on a few jobs way back too. Retail workplace is less monitored than more professional jobs, and people usually get away with a lot of stuff.

I think what's bothering you - and what you may not realize - is that your workplace is very unprofessional. So it makes you uncomfortable and you probably feel like you're not sure how to act, because you don't really identify with your work culture. Which is okay.

I work in a food factory but it small like 6 people 3 girls and 3 guys most of the time.

Okay. Yeah, that's still a pretty similar environment to retail. I can see how it be stressful with such a small circle like that.

I like the small circle of people. I just do not like all the hooking up Chating. Also I want fine a better job and go back school or do something more hard and interesting that pay more.

Do it. Find what you can and keep mapping out your future. I did. At one point I just finally said "enough is enough" and I studied IT and then eventually landed an IT job. I won't lie, my own work environment is tough and toxic too, but it has been the best way up for me.

Sounds like you are uncomfortable around girls or at least those you find attractive. You have to answer why that is. I can't tell you. Did you have a bad experience or rough breakup that caused you to be nervous around them. Just think about it and what could have caused the uneasiness. There is always a root cause. Might even want to see a doctor about it. Not worth giving up a job or being miserable while doing it. Good luck.

Remember it's ok to be nervous! I was super nervous about talking to Maya for the first time, but I just took a deep breath and said "You can do this!".
I'm glad I did because it turns out she's super cool and not a bitch like most women here

Maybe u need some self reflection. if it makes you uncofrotable send your boss a notice about it. Say that you like to be idle and get anxiety talking to opposite gender. ? if u any questions im happy to help
