Why some girls in their teens jump to relationship after relationship?

I have female friend like this. She is sixteen and soon will turn seventeen. She is attractive and she gets a lots of attention from guys. But i dont understand how someone can fall in love this often and jump to relationship after relationshhip. I had one relationship like five years ago and then i was seeing only one girl after four years after the first one. And it is not that i would ask girls out and get rejected but it is hard for me to fall in love or find some interest in someone. I am pretty careful at this and i barely find someone i would be serious with. This girl she liked one guy for a long time. When they were almost together she dumped him. After that she had a new guy after four months. They were together for like four months. Now she's been two months single and have a new guy again. And i guess i dont even know about the guys she just went out with. I mean i just dont get this.

Seems she just loves the attention and is full of herself. If she’s attractive and knows that guys are easy to come by it’s just a game. That’s why the call them players, guys are just a pawn and she is Queen. Eventually she’ll either get bored and find genuine relationships or her personality will become so ego inflated that she will continue this behavior into adulthood making her an absolute slut and use men for personal benefit.

Girls and guys in their teens do this often. For some dating is like having close friends. For others it’s immaturity as they get into fights and break up. Add the drama and gossip and it’s unusual to date longterm at that age
