I do reception cover for these two receptionists at work.

Sometimes we talk for a bit then go back to our job.

I got a telling off from my manager for always talking to them.

My manager said H & P said you always go out there talking to them while they're trying to do their work.

I was so wild. I was trying not to cry.

I have covered for Pso many times when P is late every day.

P starts at 8:30am & doesn't get in till at least 8:45 or later.

I don't know why they did this to me. I am so mad and sad at the same time.

Should I confront P asking why P did this?

Nooo never confront her now. Wait at the right moment. First of all you need to continue acting nice and all. After a while change that up and refuse covering for them and don’t talk to them. And when she’s late you inform your boss. Say “p is late yet again what would you like me to do about it?” Mine while find the person she hates the most and befriend them. Even becoming besties. Now this is revenge. If they go low you go lower. And most importantly befriend almost everyone there. To have a good word about you.

Don't waste your time. It's a shame your can't fight your corner but I wouldn't pay any attention to this person. People who throw others under the bus tend to come to a sticky end.
