Girls is it my place to ask a female coworker if she is having her period?

Okay I have just started working with women and I want to know if I should ask one of them if they are having their period if I sense they are in a bad mood so I know to avoid them.

This question itself would make them more furious more irritated if you would ask such and they are really in bad mood.

Instead you could ask like , if there is something bothering you? Is there any thing I could help you with? Is everything ok? Are you ok? Etc

Showing empathy or kindness may work in better way.

But even this is not full proof, they still can give you rude response but you would know through their response. You just don't reply them back even if they be rude. Just stay calm. And stay silent. They would realise their mistake their own later about it

It's just mood. It's anytime happens no need during periods only. We are female it happens.

Firstly, a woman’s attitude is not contingent upon whether she’s menstruating or not. That’s a big misunderstanding among men. Some women are just rude people. When I’m menstruating, I’m the same person. I’m not rude, nasty, etc. Anyway, I wouldn’t ask that, if I were you. They’d think you’re weird and/or probably report you to HR.

Women don't have bad moods when they are on their periods. It can happen at any time
