I'd say the number one rule they have is that a guy act his looks. A girl might be willing to give an ugly guy a chance if he just doesn't approach her like Chad does. Can't be goin up kissin her hand & saying awkward things like "come to my place." Only Chad can do that. We average men have to prove that we're not serial murders first. Then once we've done that, continue to act our looks & take things slowly. Then soon enough maybe after some months or years we might be able to do the things Chad can do on the first day of meeting.
