She started avoiding looking at me all of a sudden and doesn’t talk to me like a friend anymore?

A Female friend/interest has started to avoid my gaze to say hi and stuff. She’s acting funky. Before she use to look at me to say hi and wave etc she is really sweet and friendly but one day she just randomly started acting funky and now its like she looks to the opposite direction when she spots me in her peripherals as if trying to avoid me without making it obvious. We use to be cool and i know there was attraction/interest between us but for very good reason i never initiated anything. Now its just different and its like she’s avoiding eye contact and doesn’t even talk as a friend any more. I've asked her if there was something I've done make her feel uncomfortable one day and she said “no you haven’t” and asked why im asking and i made something up because I didn’t want her to know what im noticing and she just said “no its all good you didn’t do anything ” and acted like nothing as I stood there like a moron thinking we’d start chatting while she continued to look at her phone to do what ever she was doing lol. so we just left it at that. Maybe someone can give me some thoughts…

Well, sometimes of we like a guy and get mixed signals, and he never says or shows in any determined way that he is in fact interested in us, we either: lose interest and try to find someone else that will return our feelings not keep us guessing, or distract ourselves from how we really feel about the guy we want by whatever means necessary sometimes we shut down and shut him out to keep us from hurting as much as we do, or letting him see how much he has hurt us. Never gave her attention to that degree. Dont see how she “knows” i like her. Never gave that type of attention. Any type of subtle interest shown was on both ends from me and her but I never went beyond just being cool with her. Not kidding anyone or my self we also were cool with each other. Mmmm I don't know even if she did its still random as hell considering there was no problem before that and I could of/can of concluded from her. After months and month of just being cool and her being the one to initiate convo way more times than none she just out of no where concluded “he likes me let me act all funky” ? Lol. Ok I guess. Dont get me wrong its fine if she came to that conclusion but my thing is im 100 percent sure she came to that conclusion several months ago. I can be initiative w guys causei m friendly but I can read vibe w them wanting more and id be 100% right so intuition... men can be really obvious as well. I've considered all your possibilities. I've been very careful on never crossing any lines. Trust me when i say this, even if a female some how detects im attracted or what ever, my actions will never cause a female to act this way at all. I want everyone to feel comfortable not uncomfortably which is why im caught off guard with this. You’re right though, you’re not wrong, there are feelings on my end (never ever disclosed them or expressed them barely show it all) but i was more than fine where it was with her and me which is why i kept it friendly at a respectful level just like her with me. It is what it is. Im not gonna bother her at all an any way what so ever. However i do have to work with her occasionally but i won't say anything unless i really need to about work stuff as I know she’ll at least do the same on a respectful level. Some of the top comments seem to assume its one sided as in i was the guy into her and she just saw me only as friend. Her interest was in me was very obvious i held back in showing interest but besides that we were cool. As stated in the comment, she just randomly started acting weird with me now. Only this guy didn’t hold back showing interest. He made a lot of sexual comments with me. And I reciprocated… I’m guilty of that. Like I, I don’t know if I encouraged him, but I entertained him. Well she can just greet me like normal like we used too instead of avoiding me through her peripherals and making me feel like im some creepo lol. I think her actions are unnecessary. Im sorry for what you’re going through. Maybe its best you talk to him about it and how it’s gone to far. Being honest and transparent is the best route here in my opinion.
