I’m almost every interview I can tell that they start disliking me as soon as I tell them about myself. Since I’m a student I can only tell them about my major and my internships but for some reason they start looking for reasons not to hire me. I do have friends in university that have an easier time finding jobs and I know that they are not much better than me. So why do managers dislike me? Is it that I don’t come off as qualified enough or am I just not likeable (problem in my demeanour, too cool etc etc?).
