Girls, why give mixed signals?

So I started a new jobs about 5 month ago and I met this girl at work and we got along really nice. I asked to take her home one day after work and she agreed. A couple of weeks later I asked her if she would like to go to the movies and she said yes, but a couple of days before she said she wanted to know my intentions before and I told her, I like you and I would like to get to know you. She then replied saying she liked me too but didn’t want anything to do with relationships at work so I didn’t bother her anymore and we continued our friendship at work like normal. Until I started noticing more and more that the personal space barrier is not existent with her and in any situation we are together she gravitates to me and we touch either her legs next to mine o she massages my shoulders any chance she gets there will be a touch. On outing together with other coworkers it’s the same situation recently she’s been asking for my sweater to wear because she’s cold and there’s playful bullying everyday. Am I crazy or is something going on?

I don't think you're crazy, I do think she's doing this on purpose to see how you react. Whether it's because she enjoys the attention or likes you, I can't say however.

I would confront her if I were you, but it's entirely possible that her answer will be along the lines of ''she doesn't mean anything by it'', in which case you should simply tell her to stop.
