Why are more women looking at me and smiling lately?

I have noticed a lot more women have smiled at me lately. Like today I went to a carshow and soo Many girls about my age I believe were walking pass me smiling even though half were with their man. Then recently this girl at work I've caught her looking at me and smiling and we locked eyes for a second. She's very pretty. But she's never done this before. She just started gazing at me this year. We don't work directly next to each other. And when I small talk her she barely speaks to me. What does this mean? Also I don't think I've changed much in appearance lately but I have been holding my outwards self more confident.

Lol I'm that in shape most tall and some fat. Not a lot of muscle since I'm recovering from a back injury.
