So first time dating I didn't expect to be. Someone helps me lol?

So last night my best friend got locked out of her house she forgot to bring her key to school with her lol. Fast forward a couple of hours actually like 2 hours ago, she confessed that she liked me. I wasn't planning to date anybody until I was finished high school but now I am dating her because she's my best friend I've known her for a long time. First off I feel horrible she felt like this for 2 years and every time she tried to give me hints it went over my head. Found out that she's cried a few times over it and I can actually remember back to those times that she was talking about and it makes me sad. Neither of us have ever dated. I have no clue what I'm doing nothing like that weird way but just in a dating way. She eventually fell asleep unfortunately she has claimed my arm lol. I'm just wondering like advice I don't like when she said like I found out when I wasn't noticing anything this is mostly from the female perspective I'm asking for help from. She's too shy when I ask her lol

Immediately somebody at raised a good question and that is what is the question. Lol my question is like what should I do to keep her happy and to make sure she doesn't get upset and I guess just be a good boyfriend like what would you girls want from a boyfriend i guess lol. I've never dated before
