You can have some kind belief what can help you to give strength during such times
For example you can believe that darkness makes us stronger so it's for better let's use it. Or this is right opportunity to know how strong you are and take it as challenge. Or you can have believe like gold gets shiner and pure when it passes through fire etc.
My personal belief is "everything happens for a reason no matter today i don't know the reason but future has it's answer to let's go through this training period so that i could be ready for whatever coming in future."
Such kinds thoughts and beliefs gives us reason to hang on and tackle with whatever situation we have now
