How can I focus on myself?

When I feel lonely, took decisions thinking it was for the best but it wasn’t for me, Im stuck thats how I feel, I feel like a black hole that only attracts trouble or a gray cloud on a bright sunny day. No one understands me, I can't talk about my pain with anyone, because they just ignore me, When people needed me I was always there for them, but know is just me trying to fight all these feelings that are consuming me everyday, I've been jobless almost for a year, I don't know why I keep looking n nothing comes up, everything is upside down even my health. I don't know everything at this point is hopeless. I feel sad I can't even talk to my family, my so called friends ignores me. I honestly have tried everything to make it better but nothing works

You can have some kind belief what can help you to give strength during such times

For example you can believe that darkness makes us stronger so it's for better let's use it. Or this is right opportunity to know how strong you are and take it as challenge. Or you can have believe like gold gets shiner and pure when it passes through fire etc.

My personal belief is "everything happens for a reason no matter today i don't know the reason but future has it's answer to let's go through this training period so that i could be ready for whatever coming in future."

Such kinds thoughts and beliefs gives us reason to hang on and tackle with whatever situation we have now
