Maybe it's not obviously disrespectful to her, and its not intended to be disrespectful.
Maybe she never thought about it, or was called out on that behavior before.
Or maybe she's a massive cunt.

That's why it's important to address it and talk about it.
People are different and comes from different upbringings.
Something obvious to you, might not be obvious to others.

Well I'm approaching the argument from an equality standpoint. Women who say men aren't masculine basically mean "he lets me walk all over him" but if women where righteous people who are equal to men. Why would she want to boss a man around and of she equal why would a man have to disapline her behaviour?

I don't believe women who believe men and women are equal can answer that question.
