What does it mean when a guy "tickles" your hand during a handshake?

So the guy I like decided to take my science paper so I went to get it from him. It took a while to get him to give it back because he let telling me he doesn't have it, but he did. So after that, he came up to me and said sorry. I told him it was okay and he held out his hand, so I was like "what?" and he told me to shake his hand. So I did. There wasn't too much shaking involved, it was just still and awkward. But then he started like wiggling two or three of his fingers on my wrist. So I was like "What are you doing?" and he was like "Tickling you. It's just something we do." So he shook my hand again and left. By the way, he's a very odd kid. just saying.

He's flirting. Odd kid or not, you're both most likely in high school, judging from your under 18 age. If you like him, show him you like it. Laugh. Make jokes. People have hard times these days showing the other person they have an interest in them because they are afraid of rejection or moving forward because of what can transpire in a negative way.

Don't be scared. Be nice and encourage him rather than question his intentions. Worst case scenario he wants to be your friend. But guess what, it's better that you actually try and take a chance than miss everything because you never bothered to even try. You'll find many opportunities in your life afterward, but when you have an opportunity right in front of you, don't be afraid to explore. You're still young.
