Guys are immature and when they are young, girls with class are kind of... Unknown, if you will. It's hard for them to grasp the concept of "self-control" especially. It's also hard for girls with more responsible taste to be seen as normal because of the other types of girls that just throw themselves around. (Whether that be with boys, alcohol, drugs, etc.) Does that make sense?

I guess it depends if he's the type who parties, cusses, and isn't a virgin. Which is probable and okay. he might feel as tho he can't be himself or acts different around you in fear you might judge that his choices aren't "classey" or whatever the more manly term for that would be . I think if you like him you should assure him that so he doesn't feel "intimidated"
He's dumb and out of his league.
Classy girls are awesome, not intimidating.
Stuck-up girls can be intimidating, but being classy doesn't automatically make you stuck-up. Classy has to do with who you are, where as stuck-up is a mentality of thinking you're better than everyone. Only really clueless guys can't tell the difference.
He might think it's intimidating but I'd put a ring on it. On the other hand it doesn't add up. It could be your personality. Maybe your self-discipline comes off as stubbornness, I don't know. People who aren't "down for everything" might seem intimidating.

Classy girls are intimidating. I'm well past high school and college and it still holds true. That doesn't make them less attractive. Don't change though, because it's you.
I wouldn't say intimidating, but I have a lot of respect for those types of people.
Less intimidating, I think he's just immature
